Pilot · Kendall + Coral Gables

South Florida apartment rents, checked every day.

Portals syndicate yesterday's feed. We do it the slow way: every morning we open each building's own official pricing page and write down what it actually says — then we log what changed.

This week's rent drops & move-in specials

The wire · Day 1 — Nov 8, 2026

The Watch starts today, so the change log starts today: from tomorrow, every rent that moves on a tracked building's own website gets logged here, dated. For day one, here is everything on special right now — read this morning from each building's own site, word for word.

How we verify

The whole method, in the open

From the building's own page

Every figure is read from the complex's own official pricing page — never from a portal, a feed, or another site's homework.

Re-checked every day

Asking rents move with pricing software, sometimes overnight. We re-read the board daily and date every figure, so a stale number can't hide.

Nobody can buy a number

Complexes can't pay to change, soften, or remove a rent here. If a building publishes it, we print it — exactly as it appears.

Rent-drop alerts — coming soon

We're building a simple alert for the day a tracked building drops a rent or posts a new special. It isn't live yet — no form, no list, nothing to sign up for today. When it opens, it will be announced on this page first.
